Who It's For
Businesses that want to know their numbers.
01
Businesses with No Structure
Companies currently updating books once a year at filing time, with no monthly visibility into their financials or cash position.
02
Startups & Growing SMEs
Founders who need clean, structured books as a foundation for investor reporting, audit, or applying for business loans.
03
Pre-audit & Pre-fundraise
Companies that need to get their books in order before an upcoming audit, due diligence process, or bank financing application.
Why Choose Us
Books that are actually useful.
01
Month-end close by the 10th
Most bookkeeping services run weeks behind. We close your books by the 10th of the following month — giving you timely data for decisions, not stale numbers.
02
MIS built for decisions
Our MIS reports are designed for business owners, not just accountants. Clear, concise, and formatted to highlight what matters — margin, cash, and receivables.
03
Seamless to audit and compliance
When your books are maintained by us, your audit is faster and your GST filings have zero discrepancies. No duplication, no last-minute reconciliation panic.

FAQs
Common questions about Bookkeeping & MIS.
We work with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks — the most widely used platforms by growing businesses in India. If you already use one, we work within your existing setup. If you don't have an accounting system, we recommend one based on your needs and help you set it up correctly from the start.
We set up a shared folder (Google Drive or OneDrive) where you upload invoices, purchase bills, expense receipts, and bank statements. We also accept WhatsApp uploads for smaller volumes. For businesses using accounting software, we work with accountant or view access. The process is designed to be minimal on your end.
We update books at least weekly and do a full month-end close by the 10th of the following month. This means your books are never more than 5–6 weeks behind — unlike many businesses where accounts are updated only at the time of filing, often 12–18 months after the transactions occur.
MIS (Management Information System) is a structured monthly financial report designed for decision-making — not compliance. It includes a monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and KPI dashboard. Unlike statutory reports, MIS is formatted to highlight what matters to you as a business owner: margin trends, cash position, receivables aging, and key performance indicators.
A standard monthly MIS includes: P&L statement (actual vs. budget, current month and year-to-date), Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement, receivables and payables ageing summary, and a KPI dashboard. The format is agreed upon during onboarding and customised to what matters in your business.
Yes. We process payroll accounting — salary journals, PF, ESI, and professional tax entries — as part of the bookkeeping engagement. We can also prepare payslips if required. Actual payment runs are typically handled by you or your HR, with all accounting entries processed by us.
Yes. We have a structured transition process: we review existing books, identify errors or gaps, bring accounts up to date, and establish the new reporting framework. Transitions are handled without disrupting GST filings or tax deadlines. Most transitions take 2–4 weeks depending on the volume of historical data.
Bank reconciliation matches transactions in your accounting software with your actual bank statements. It catches errors (double entries, missed transactions), prevents fraud (unauthorized debits), and ensures your financial reports reflect reality. Without regular reconciliation, your P&L and Balance Sheet may show incorrect numbers — which affects tax filings and business decisions.
GST return filing can be included as a combined bookkeeping + compliance package. Since the books are updated monthly and the data is already organised, GST filings are a natural extension and eliminate the need to coordinate separately for returns. This is our recommended approach for most businesses.
Audit-ready accounts are complete, reconciled, and correctly classified — so an auditor can begin immediately without spending weeks reconstructing records. Every transaction is classified correctly, bank statements are reconciled, advances are documented, and the trial balance is clean. When maintained this way, the audit is faster, cheaper, and free of unpleasant surprises.
Yes. Bookkeeping and MIS work is done entirely remotely. The document sharing and review process is digital, and reviews are via video or phone. We work with businesses across India — our Naraina Vihar office in New Delhi is available for in-person meetings for Delhi NCR clients.
